This program, designed for the State of Nevada - The Micrographics and Imaging Program, is designed to do one simple little task. Quality Control of a large number of images that where being scanned into the computer was becoming unmanageable. So this program was created to help in that task. This program will simply make a basic index for a number of files, and then let the user step thru the files one at a time and either rotate or mark for rescan. While not one of those $10,000 toolkits, this program is a very handy tool.

This program simply helps you combine a group of files. It is a simple GUI that lets you select files to combine and what to combine them to. It will simply make a little DOS batch file that you can run to combine the files.
